Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened Japanese packaging, ensuring all tags and seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel back to our UK-based distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5 business days.
